Shipping Policy

Once order is placed it can take up to 2 weeks before item is shipped. Please note that all items are made to order. All items will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX.

Shipping prices are based on weight, item being shipped, and added insurance for damages. Prices can ranges from $50- $350 dollars based on weight, area and insurance amounts.

ANY DAMAGES that occur during shipping process should be filed with UPS or FEDEX. Made By Juvie is not responsible for shipping related damages or lost packages. Contact UPS or FEDEX directly to file a claim.
